The Wellness Journey is six week process of holistically assessing your personal wellness. Sometimes, things just are not flowing smoothly in life. We get stuck, we hit bumps, we get trampled on. Together, we can sort through the layers, set goals and create an intentional plan for getting out of the muck and back on your game.

The 6 Week Wellness Journey
The journey begins from a WELLNESS framework. This is a non-pathologizing, holistic and empowerment-based view that focuses on strengths and the art of living well.
In the six-week wellness journey we will use the Wellness Wheel and the SIX areas of wellness as a roadmap for conducting a personal review of your mental health and wellness (aka happiness or life satisfaction). The six areas of wellness that we focus on are: Physical, Emotional, Social, Environmental, Spiritual and Intellectual.
This experience allows you to thoroughly assess how you take care of yourself and helps you to identify what you already do well and what you would like to do better.
Each week we examine one of the six areas of wellness. We talk about your history, tendencies and ideas about this aspect of wellness and then talk through specific goals for improving and maintaining wellness in this area of your life. I will offer suggestions of relevant resources along the way. (videos, readings, websites, tools, inspirations, etc.)
These discussions will be incorporated into a Personal Wellness Plan (PWP) which is a written plan for your wellness.
This supportive exchange is done with an awareness of the unique challenges, cultures and environments that people live in. The goal of our work together is to create an intentional space for you to do a complete assessment of your wellness, clarify your personal and professional goals and process your experiences.
When you sign up for a wellness package, you are making a commitment to yourself and you are agreeing to dedicate intentional time and attention to YOU and your self-care and wellness. This experience is very individualized. Together we tailor the experience to fit your unique needs and goals.
